Spring/Summer 2024 Fellow

Alex Teece Consulting is welcoming a spring/summer 2024 fellow from a top college or graduate school who is aspiring to join a top management consulting firm (e.g, McKinsey, Bain, BCG).

Prior to founding Alex Teece Consulting, Alex worked at McKinsey in San Francisco serving education and foundation clients across the U.S. He is a former founder and leader of a non-profit and charter school, has deep experience in fundraising and legislative advocacy, and attended Harvard University as a full-scholarship Zuckerman Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Spring / Summer Fellowship

Fellow will help drive business development and growth efforts over the course of up to 10 weeks. Additionally, fellow will learn and receive feedback on critical consulting skills including, but not limited to, designing a project scope and plan, client “win” metrics and goals, senior client-facing materials (e.g., pitch decks), and a client conversation pipeline and methodology.

  • Researching and power mapping target clients

  • Building problem understanding and designing bespoke solutions for potential clients

  • Closing and confirming client relationship, initial project scope, and launch

Compensation structure

  • Salary: unpaid

  • Bonus: results-based (e.g., clients confirmed)
